Brayden Connour
CEO
Brayden Connour serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Go Goshen and has had the role since January of 2022. After graduating with degrees in Agriculture Business and Finance from the University of Wyoming in 2014, he spent just short of two years at the Wyoming Department of Revenue as an Appraiser and then moved in the Economic Development industry as a Project Manager at the Wyoming Business Council until 2019. Outside of work, Brayden serves on the Wyoming Economic Development Association (WEDA) Board of Directors, Goshen County 2-Shot Goose Hunt Committee, Banner Health- Torrington Community Hospital Board of Trustees and the Eastern Wyoming College Foundation. His hobbies include hunting, golfing and spending time with his wife, Lynn and their 2-year-old daughter Brynn.
Brayden believes Goshen County is truly a great place to live and is determined to leave it a great place to live for future generations.
Tammy Derr
Operations Director
Tammy has been with Go Goshen since April of 2017. She is the Operations Director for Go Goshen where she assists the office team and manages the day-to-day operations. Tammy also handles the account receivables, accounts payable, ordering office supplies, and membership. Prior to that she worked as a Dental Hygienist for 11 years and a Radiologic Technologist for 13 years. Tammy lives in Goshen County with her husband and two sons. Tammy and her family are true supporters of this community. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and sons Garrett and Spencer, flower gardening, vegetable gardening, water sports, friends, and sunshine.
Tammy believes in letting your smile change the world, but don’t let the world change your smile! Goshen County has been a great place to live, work and raise her family.
Moriah Harkins
Chamber Director
Moriah Harkins is the Chamber Director. Moriah has been with Go Goshen since the beginning of 2021. She handles tourism inquiries, provides residents and non-residents with information, promotes tourism, businesses, and organizations on all social media platforms. Moriah is a recent graduate of the University of Wyoming with a BS degree in Marketing and a concentration in Customer Experience. Before living in Goshen County, Moriah worked in customer service for nine years and has a passion for working with small businesses. She enjoys hunting and fishing with her family and husband.

Leann Mattis
Community Development Director
Leann Mattis, Community Development Director, is responsible for small business development through attraction, retention, expansion and entrepreneurial support.
Leann graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Wyoming in 2007. While attending UW, she was a member of the cheerleading squad and dance team. She has a background in recruitment, radio production/broadcasting and journalism.
Leann and her husband Matt have two children, Ava and Asher. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and watching her children participate in their various activities. With a passion for dance and working with children, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, she is also the owner/director of WYO Dance Force in Torrington.
Leann believes that Goshen County is a wonderful community with unlimited potential.
