Goshen County — Goshen Economic Development is thrilled to announce the winners of its Annual Tourism Week Photo Contest. The contest is a part of the county’s celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week, which aims to promote the impact of travel and tourism on the economy and communities.
The Tourism Week Photo Contest received an overwhelming response from photographers across the county. The entries showcased the stunning landscapes, unique attractions, and cultural experiences that Goshen County has to offer.
After careful consideration of the exceptional entries, the judges announced the following winners:
First Place – “66 Reflection” by Danielle Maychrzak
Second Place – “The Gathering Place” by Abby Frederick
Third Place – “Lone Tree” by Lauren Kent
The winners will receive Goshen Bucks, a local currency that can be spent amongst a variety of Goshen County retailers. Any of the entered photos can be featured in Goshen County’s tourism marketing materials. The winning entries and honorable mentions can be viewed on the Goshen Economic Development website and social media channels.

Goshen Economic Development and the Goshen County Tourism/Promotion Joint Powers Board thank all the photographers who participated in the contest and look forward to more opportunities to promote tourism in the county and the state.
Goshen Economic Development – which includes Economic Development, the Goshen County Chamber of Commerce, and Main Street – is a non-profit organization that prioritizes the retention and expansion of local businesses. Since 1987, the organization has encouraged business growth, created jobs, and built on local community assets in five Wyoming municipalities: Fort Laramie, LaGrange, Lingle, Torrington, and Yoder.
