Pioneer Park Campground
14 wide concrete pads for RVs. 50/30 amp, WIFI, dump station, drinking water, large grass and tree area, restrooms, picnic tables. $15 per night. Sites are available on first come basis. Contact Torrington City Hall (307) 532-5666. After hours/weekends, call (307) 532-7001.
Springer Reservoir
The Springer/Bump Sullivan Wildlife Managment Area spans over 3,000 acres, and the public has non-motorized access year round. Management priorities are focused on geese, ducks, and pheasants, but a wide array of animals can be viewed here from deer to song birds. The area is considered to be one of the best pheasant and goose hunting areas in the state of Wyoming.
Hawk Springs State Recreation Area
Hawk Springs State Recreation Area is a small recreation site administered by the Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails Division. The site consists of 24 primitive campsites (walk-up only), picnic tables and fire rings, boat launching ramp, boat dock, restrooms and playground. There are also seasonally operated potable water hydrants.
Bump Sullivan Reservoir
This reservoir is located at the Springer Wildlife Habitat Management Unit, 15 miles south of Torrington.
Fort Laramie South Park
This is a free site; just park and camp! Plenty of grass to relax on, plus picnic tables, playground equipment, and seasonal bathrooms. There are also free water spigots and numerous restaurants and attractions nearby.
