The pride from the local farmers and long-time friends of the family was palpable as Bryan Schlagel, President of Schlagel Manufacturing, took people through the manufacturing process from start to finish.
On tour, Bryan highlighted the automated precision and the expertise of his team of welders, engineers, and technicians. Each part of the machines is fabricated in the facility, and there are only a few parts that do not come out of Schlagel’s on-site inventory. The tour witnessed firsthand the commitment of the skilled workforce, whose dedication and expertise contribute to the success of Schlagel Manufacturing’s renowned products.
