Torrington, WY — The Goshen Economic Development Board of Directors awarded Thrifty’s Gas & Liquor $5,000 Progress Program funding to aid in a new façade on the building. Thrifty’s Gas & Liquor is located at 219 20th Ave in Torrington and recently upgraded the exterior façade of its convenience store. The upgraded look is more visually appealing for motorists traveling through Torrington and will hopefully drive increased sales.
Goshen Economic Development – which includes Economic Development, the Goshen County Chamber of Commerce, and Main Street – is a non-profit organization that prioritizes the retention and expansion of local businesses. Since 1987, the organization has encouraged business growth, created jobs, and built on local community assets in five Wyoming municipalities: Fort Laramie, LaGrange, Lingle, Torrington, and Yoder.
