Lingle, WY – The Town of Lingle was awarded Progress Program Grant funding for town infrastructure. This grant will fund Phase One of the project, aimed at bolstering town security by installing cutting-edge security cameras. This initiative marks a significant step forward in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and visitors.

The grant funding will be utilized to install a comprehensive network of advanced security cameras strategically placed throughout the town. These cameras will cover critical areas such as public spaces, intersections, parks, and other key locations identified in collaboration with local law enforcement.

The new security cameras will be equipped with cutting-edge technology, enabling real-time monitoring and intelligent analytics. This will empower law enforcement to proactively respond to incidents and provide valuable data to support investigations.

Chief of Lingle Police, Endra Andrews, comments, “Thank you for the generous contribution to the Town Of Lingle. The old camera system is desperately in need of updating.  With your contribution, a new camera system will be installed immediately. Much appreciated.”
