Torrington, WY — Goshen Economic Development (GED) presented Torrington Cinemas with a grant utilizing ¼ cent sales tax for economic development funding. The grant will be used to help offset the cost of repairing its projectors. After the theater purchase, the projectors were found in disrepair and needing work. Brandon and Marie Flanagan opened Torrington Cinemas at the end of March. GED is thankful the Flanagan’s reopened this staple of downtown Torrington.
