TOWN OF LAGRANGE – RIBBON CUTTING AND COMMUNITY BBQ

September 21, 2022 Torrington, WY --- Goshen Economic Development hosted a ribbon cutting to commemorate the completion of the Longhorn Lane Bike and Walking Path. Mayor Marshall cut the ribbon on the first part of phase two that utilized quarter penny sales tax funding and WYDOT TAP Grant funds to continue the walking path in the town of LaGrange.
