Torrington, WY — Go Goshen had their Annual Meeting, an event that brings together community leaders, businesses, and residents for an evening of celebration and recognition.  The Annual Meeting occurred Thursday, November 16th, at the 21st & Main Building. May 12, 2023 Torrington, WY --- The Goshen Economic Development Board of Directors awarded Thrifty’s Gas & Liquor $5,000 Progress Program funding to aid in a new façade on the building. Thrifty’s Gas & Liquor is located at 219 20th Ave in Torrington and recently upgraded the exterior façade of its convenience store.
